Established in 1987, Unionville Montessori School has a proud tradition of education excellence. UMS is a co-educational, non-denominational Private School officially registered with the Ontario Ministry of Education and Training.

Our students are offered a diversified, challenging and enriched elementary academic curriculum that incorporates a well balanced exposure to the academics, arts and athletics. Our educational program generally exceeds the Ontario Curriculum learning expectations in both depth and breadth.

At UMS, curriculum research and development is an ongoing process and remains a priority. We remain focused on exemplary programming and superior academic resources. Our pre-school kindergarten program (CASA) is taught using the Montessori Method by qualified Montessori teachers. The program is further extended by introducing enhanced program elements.
